Tuesday Adult Fellowship
If you enjoy fellowship, food, fun, and finding out, then the TUESDAY ADULT FELLOWSHIP is for you. TUESDAY ADULT FELLOWSHIP is sponsored by the Older Adult Ministry Area, and is open to ALL.

Where? Clemson UMC, room 308 beside the Fellowship Hall/Worship Center

When?
During the school year, each Tuesday of the month with special activities planned for the 5th Tuesdays; during the summer the fellowship will take place once a month.

Cost?
$5.00/Tuesday Fellowship Lunch (Menus are listed on right.)

11:30 - Fellowship Time
12:00 – Lunch
12:30 - Program (listed on right)

Set-Up Teams:
Participants take turns helping set up and clean up for lunches. For a work schedule of Set-Up/Clean-Up teams click here.

Make your reservation by Monday before the Tuesday Lunch by calling the church office, 654-5547, putting a “L” by your name on the attendence pad at a worship service or register here.

Listed below are menus and program topics for each Tuesday:

April 29 5th Tuesday Trip
Program: Enjoy the beauty of spring as you travel through the mountains to Dillard, GA to have lunch at the Dillard House, followed by a stop at the Antique Mall.  Leave the church at 10:30 AM and return by 4:00 PM.  The cost of $20.00 includes transportation and lunch.  Make your reservations by April 22 by calling the church office (654-5547).

May 6
Program:Looking at Healthcare in Clemson -Sandy Smith, Director of Clemson's Free Clinic and Chairman of the Clemson area Health Care Board, will provide information about these two facilities
Menu:Roast Beef; mashed potatoes/gravy; toss salad; strawberry shortcake

May 13
Program:A Journey from Baroque to Jazz Liz Austin, a member of the music faculty at Clemson University and co-director of the Keowee Chamber Music group will present a program of cello selections.  Liz is the daughter of Bernie Goodpaster of our congregation.
Menu:Poppyseed chicken; roasted vegetables; wheat rolls; peach cobbler

May 20
Program:CUMC’s Newest Ministry – Church and SocietyA study group led by Lane Glaze has developed into a working ministry area.  Jane Westcott, chair of this group, along with other members of the group, will present this program.

May 27
Program:The Trail of Tears Army Col (Ret) Ben Skardon will talk about his "trail of tears" as he and approximately 75,000 other U.S. and Philippine soldiers were forced to march a distance of 80 miles after being captured by the Japanese Army.
