The Gathering
The Gathering will resume on Wednesday, January 11, 2012. We would love to see you, your family, and friends there!
Begins each Wednesday at 5:30pm
The Gathering is a place where we come together for a weekly meal and time of fellowship and learning. We are a community of Christian disciples, called to live and work together as the body of Christ. We hope to see you at The Gathering as we draw closer to God and one another!
Our Meal - An Open Table
Beginning at 5:30pm, the meal costs $7 for adults, $3.50 for children, youth, and college students with a family maximum of $22. Please RSVP by noon on Monday by emailing anne@clemsonumc.org, calling 654-5547, or marking an “S” by your name on the attendance pad. We would love for you to join us!
An Opportunity for Adults
To begin 2012, Pastor Keith will be leading a Wednesday night study on the book, This Holy Mystery: A United Methodist Understanding of Holy Communion. This series will be offered over a period of eight weeks. An overview of the program and the distribution of study books will be January 11, 2012 at 6:30pm. You may order a book through the church office. We hope you will join us at The Gathering as we celebrate the nourishment we receive from God through the gifts of bread and cup.
