Rev. Tommy Wilkes invites you to engage with scripture during Bible studies offered before Easter and before Christmas!
During Lent and Advent (liturgical seasons) waiting for Easter and anticipating Christmas. Pastor Tommy leads us in Bible studies using a variety of resources produced by faithful Christian authors, teachers, thought leaders, pastors, and theologians. Each year is unique!
These short term studies are generally 4 to 6 weeks.
We have studied:
Adam Hamilton’s 24 Hours that Changed the World, and The Journey: Walking the Road to Bethlehem
Matt Rawle’s The Heart That Grew Three Sizes
Movies and the Cross, a look at sacred themes in film
and many others.
Watch for promotions through the newsletter and bulletin as these seasons approach.
